The decision is ours

“You cannot serve God and mammon”  (Matthew 6:24) These words of Jesus will then become reality. Serve God or the god of this world?

The decision is: Do I take the mark and serve Mammon, or do I decide to run and serve God and trust Him to take care of me
Once the abomination is set up it will immediately enforce the mark and all those refusing the mark will be rounded up instantly. Better be gone by then.

Time to move and quickly

Jesus said, “Don’t take anything out of your house.”MOVE!“if you are in the field don’t go and pick up your clothes.” RUN!“For then shall be great tribulation.”
Escape into the wilderness Flee into the mountains.”

Will we be ready and to part with property and possessions, in order to flee when the time comes? Are we still “pilgrims and strangers on this earth”? (Hebrew 11:13)
There is the woman with wings* or the believers fleeing into the wilderness. “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun . . . upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.. . And to the woman were given two wings . . . the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there 1260 days (3½ years). . .The dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, to devour her child as soon as it was born”. (Revelation 12:6,12)

In labour pains

The woman is in labour pain, which represents this time of great tribulation that the believers are going through.

The child that she brings forth is Jesus when He returns. Satan wants to devour this child and actually thinks that he can destroy Jesus in the battle of Armageddon.

However things will turn out very different for Satan. This woman represents the body or bodies of believers, that God will take care of in the wilderness, just like He did with Moses and the children of Israel. Only for us it will be 3½ years and not 40 years. This is “Man versus Wild” to the max.

Will God’s promises hold true?

Can we trust God to take care of us?  Fear and worry is our Number One enemy, because if we have faith and trust God with our life, then we know
that He will watch over us like a hawk over her chicks. We might at times think that God has forgotten us, however He will be there like a coach that is giving us the final training for the Olympics, which in this case is to rule and reign with Jesus for a thousand years.

This is the climax of our decision making, to see what is in each of our hearts. This is the reason for all creation; will Satan rule my life, will I fear and follow the crowd or will I stay faithful to Jesus?
This will be the test of our hearts. Will you and I choose faith, or fall for fear?
Will I choose God or Satan? Life or death?
Will we give God the chance to prove Himself again?
Or will we succumb to the propaganda and lies, before we put God’s word to the test?

These is our personal decision our “freedom of choice” – No one and nobody can make this for us, not God nor Satan,

Did He do it in the past?

He took care of Moses and around 3 to 6 million people out in the desert for forty years, where there was no food and practically zero water. For us it is 3½ years. (Exodus 16-17:7)

The raven brought Elijah food. (1Kings 17:6)

The barrel of meal and the jar of oil of the widow of Zarephath did not run dry. (1Kings 17:10-16)

Jesus fed 5000 men, besides the women and children. That is at least 10,000 take-away dinners, instant delivery. (Mark 6:44)

The second time it was 4000 men, that’s another 8000 to 10,000 lunch packets served in one sitting. (Mark 8:9)

His promises held true yesterday, today He wiped the slate clean, tomorrow we’re flying.

Those who memorize and know God’s promises put God to the test. It is a test both ways;

God puts them to the test and they put God to the test to see if He will hold true to His promises. God loves it!
